Thank you for your interest in Beauty & the Beat Wigs! Before placing an order on our site, please note our shipping and return policies below.

Shipping

We ship all custom wig orders, bundles, closures, and frontal wigs from Nassau, Bahamas.

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you’re based in Nassau, we may contact you directly via phone or email to confirm your delivery address, if necessary.

For international orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.

Shipping options and times vary depending on your location and the shipping option that you selected during the checkout process.

Standard local delivery (Nassau, Bahamas only): $10

Standard local delivery orders will be delivered within 1-2 days after your shipping notification email is received.

Express local delivery (Nassau, Bahamas only): $15

Express local delivery orders will be delivered the next day after you place your order.

Pickup is available for Nassau customers as well.

Please note that we process and ship custom wig orders Monday through Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and Bahamian public holidays. Please view the Bahamian calendar here.

Family (Out) Island delivery (Islands of The Bahamas): $25

Available in standard delivery only. Express unavailable. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after your shipping notification email is received.

Returns

We stand by Beauty & the Beat Wigs and commit fully to providing you with high quality XR, 10A virgin hair products. It is also our full promise to provide you with a customer service experience that is unmatched.

Due to the customized nature of our products and our concerns with hygiene, we can only consider exchanges for bundles, closures, and frontals. All custom wig sales are final.

Please note the following conditions for any exchanges that may happen:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging.

  2. You must not have worn the hair at any point before exchanging.

  3. Any hair that has been washed, colored, cut, or otherwise tampered with will not be eligible for exchange. There are no exceptions.

  4. You must pay a restocking fee at 20% of the item’s value.

Note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.

To begin the exchange process, please email us within five (5) days of receiving your order. This will be reviewed against your package’s tracking number.

Future provisions

At this time, we do not offer deliveries to international customers. We’re working behind the scenes to offer this service, so please stay tuned! Thank you for your patience.
